Mission News

The Missions Team has put together a Prayer Booklet which can used to pray for our missionaries. It will be a great tool to use to be a vital part of ministries all around the world. Pick one up at the resource rack next to the church office.

Missionary Christmas is a time when the congregation has an opportunity to give to our supported missionaries to show them our love and care. Sunday, November 26, there will an offering taken solely for this purpose during the church service. Please consider being a part of this tangible way to love our missionaries.


And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Matt 28:18-20 ESV)
Local Missions:
Habitat For Humanity
through the work of Habitat, thousands of low-income families have found new hope in the form of affordable housing. Those in need of adequate shelter work side by side with volunteers to build simple, decent houses. Sunrise Mission
Located at 622 Chisolm, Sunrise Mission provides temporary shelter, meals, and clothing for those who find themselves in a desperate situation with no place else to turn. For more information contact Mike Wigle.

Dave & Mary June Burgess (NAB)
Missionaries to Taraba State, Nigeria where Dave and Mary June are giving guidance and assistance at the Mambilla Baptist Theological Seminary at Mbu.
Ed Aquilar (NAB)
Missionary to the Philippines. Ed's focus is on church planting.
Fernando & Teresa Lay (Evangelical Church of Inquito)
Missionaries to Ecuador. Fernando serves as a Pastor at the Evangelical Church of Ińquito. They have two children.
Lynn & Karen McAdam (OC International)
Missionaries to Germany. Lynn and Karen serve along side the local church as encouragers and resource givers to leadership through Bible teaching, conferences and translation.
Moises & Carolyn Ruiz (NAB)
Missionaries to Mexico. Moises serves as Pastor at a church in Jardines de Morelos.
Paul & Melissa Ewing (NAB)
Missionaries to Japan focusing on church planting.
Phil and Mari Manning (Mission Aviation Fellowship)
Phil, Mari and family have returned to the USA to continue serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship. They have settled at the headquarters of MAF in Nampa, Idaho. They will be involved in training personnel and maintenance of equipment.
Randy & Shelly Schmor (NAB)
Missionary Director of Gateway Teams. Randy organizes short-term mission work projects for teams from North American churches to minister to the North American Baptist mission stations all over the world.
Willem & Marleen Munting (NAB)
Missionaries to Nigeria. Willem is a medical doctor and Marleen is a nurse.
WOL Short-Term Missions
